The client. You're hired directly through a Philippines-based employer of record. We handle the sourcing and vetting, then we're out of the relationship.
03Do I need to already know how to work with AI agents?
You need to be strong at your specialty first. Directing the agents is something the community trains you on, not a bar you need to clear before joining.
04What happens after I join the waitlist?
